of erosion of the slope: it is made up of very fine ground silt. The brown topsoil
is renewed annually naturally on top of the heavy clay soil. Estate: 0,68 ha Year vines were planted: 1991 Viticulture: Organic Harvest: Handpicked in small baskets. Style: Ruby red colour, a concentrated full bodied wine
with good texture and expressive fruit; rich, powerful yet fine tannins.

on the hillside in the Champs Pimonts facing due east Terroir: Soils are clay and limestone with shallow rock substrata of between 0,60 m
and 0,80 m. It has not been altered in any way, but does still contain fissures.
The topsoil is brown and has lots of stones on the surface. Size of the vineyard block: 0,50 ha Year vines were planted: 1956 Viticulture: Organic Harvest: Handpicked in small baskets. Style: A refined elegant wine with a beautiful aromatic expression of red berries
in keeping with the harmonious tannins. This wine can be kept for 8 to 12 years.

on top of the hill. This specific spot or climat is considered to be one of the best
in the Beaune appellation. Terroir: Composed of clay and sandy limestone with small stones,
the soil is an ochre colour. Size of the block: 0,31 ha Year vines were planted: 1961 Viticulture: Organic Harvest: Handpicked in small baskets. Style: Ruby red colour, with a rich aromatic expression of
red fruit, this wine has fine tannin perfectly balanced with the powerful fruit. The wine has good potential for cellaring.
Village: Nuits-Saint-Georges Appellation: Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru "Les Crots" Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir Vineyard Block: Plot overlooking the town of Nuits-Saint-Georges
facing due east on a steep slope. Terroir: Soil very rich in limestone, it is composed of a layer
of scree with sharp, angular gravel made up of silt and sand.
The sub-soil is made up of a stratum from the Bathonian period. Size of the block: 0,60 ha Year vines were planted: 1982 Viticulture: Organic Harvest: Handpicked in small baskets. Style : A beautiful deep colour, the nose shows aromas of
both black and red berries and hints of liquorice; a silky wine with elegant tannins.
The wine has good cellaring potential.
Village: Béru Appellation: Chablis Vineyard Block: Vaux Bardons Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay Vineyard: Situated in the commune of Béru, this block faces
south-east and this particular terroir here brings freshness,
a mineral edge, finesse and complexity to the wine. Terroir: Very stony limestone soil (sharp, angular pebbles) underneath
the brown topsoil. Size of the block: 0,47 ha Year of plantation : 1999 Viticulture: Organic Harvest: Handpicked in small baskets. Style: Very fresh and mineral with notes of citrus fruits.
Village: Chablis Appellation: Chablis 1er Cru Vineyard block: "Les Vaillons" / "Les Épinottes" Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay Vineyard: South west facing, situated on the left bank
of the Serein River in the Valvan Valley. The clayey chalk marl soils
are packed with minerals and the presence of fossilised oyster shells
and other marine creatures gives finesse and minerality to this wine. Terroir: Limestone marls and Kimmeridgian soils (composed
of millions of tiny marine fossils) are deep with the top layer of earth
a reddish brown colour. Size of the block: 1,21 ha Year vines were planted: 1974 Viticulture: Biodynamic Harvest: By hand. Style: Delicate expressive nose with lovely freshness on the palate,
underlined by some hints of minerality.
